It doesn't look serious, or like any STD, but it's like a recurrent dry spot on the shaft of his penis. He says it comes from friction when he masturbates without lube. It's like when your lips get dry and even cracks and peels....?!?!
It's not like any STD i've ever read about...any ideas??? HELP ME...

Frequent masturbation and/or sex can cause dry spots on the penis. Tell him to put some baccitracin (antibiotic ointment) on the area and it should go away in no time. I would definitely not jump to the conclusion that it´s an STD.

Hmm dry skin cracked? reddish? possible may be genital herpes. I am not sure but genital herbes apper to be like a skin rash i would definitly let him no about how you feel and you would feel a lot more comfortable if you both went to get checked out if male to female make sure you get a pap test and a hpv test. male-male- regualr check up

my boyfriend has the same issue a lot... it's because he's an avid participant of that sport... (say every 2 hours or so many days).. nothing serious. Maybe you could use it as an excuse to help take care of it?
