You may want to talk with your health care providers about counseling.
If I had the same illness, I would take some time to figure out what is important to me for the time I have left and I would go about doing as much as I can towards it. The activities may take my mind off thinking about dying and just thinking about living to accomplish these final goals.
I would also seek religious counseling and spend time speaking earnestly with God, the supreme being .
My family means a lot to me, so I would try to spend some time with each person.
Through pray, supplication and having quality time with my family I think I will begin to be less afraid because I 'm doing what I know I want to do before I die.
Also, I believe after death we see those who have passed before us, so I'll look forward to being with my Mom again.
i KNOW I did not say this well enough, but I hope you understand the depth of what I'm trying to convey and I hope it helps even if just a tiny bit.
I will keep you in my prayers and I pray you find the way.
God Bless.

First off many people live many many years with heart disease, just seek good medical treatment if they can not give you a longer life with the quality of life you want they can make sure that your passing is peaceful and as pain free as possible. I don't know what to tell you about how to get over your fear of dying. I think no matter who we are we all are afraid if even a little bit to die. Not so much that our lives will end we are born dying if you want to look at it that way but more so worried about what will become of our loved ones. Make peace with yourself and your loved ones and say everything that needs to be said so that in the end there are no "I wish I would have" left. My aunt is now 90 yrs old has had cancer for 4 years, congestive heart failure for over 10 and is holding out strong so there is hope.

HI, First off, you should concentrate on Living, not Dying. The mind is the most powerful tool we have for healing. Tell yourself continually that you are well and feel fine, even if you don't. The subconscious mind will believe it. Do not speak in negatives, like, "I am not sick', as the subconscious mind does not hear negatives so interprets it to mean, I am sick. When you start to think about dying, tell yourself you are well, happy, content and feel great. You will surprise yourself by feeling so much better.

Please experience life as best as you can.
Please treat everyone kindly.
Please let your family and dear ones know about your wish to remain as comfortable as possible. There are medications that will decrease or remove the intensity of the pain so that you can continue with your activities. A palliative team is good to see regarding this.
Deborah, your journey will be a learning experience to all. We wish you plenty of love and laughter.

as the different answerers mentionned the easy reason is the fish of their weight-help plan. This causes the triglycerids element and their arthrosic index to be low, that is very wholesome. Tryglicerids are saturated and unsaturated fat. you may want to call them sturdy and undesirable fat. One kind is from animal foundation in the load-help plan , the different is from vegetal foundation. The undesirable project usually referred to as hyperlipemia is or change into completely unknown in the eskimo communities, they did not even presented a uncommon subtype: malignant hyperlipemia. So eat better fish adult males.

When we accept Jesus Christ as our personal saviour, we are not afraid to die because we know where we are going after death.
We have the peace of God deep within our heart.
