My pastor from my church I just found out had to be taken to the hospitol for heart problems. Just learned that he flatlined once and almost died. On top of that my brothers fiance's pastor had a heart attack in his sleep and she is really hurting right now. Both were and are healthy men. I really care about my pastor and respect him. I just feel so down right now. Any suggestions?

Thank God for bringing this person into your life and having such a positive influence. If it's his time to go there's not much you can do about it but be thankful for the time you had with him and reflect on what he taught you about life and how you are a better person because of him. If it's not his time be grateful for each day that you have him around.

you're feeling a bit of depression about all that's going on..you probably feel like you really want to do something about it, but know that there's really nothing you can do about it...it's all in God's hands, have Faith and understand that God has a plan for everything and questioning it will only be bad on you..i was feeling this same way two weeks ago when a drunk driver killed a family of five, leaving one 15 yr old girl alive, he died also, but the whole city where i live (they were from here) and state of New Mexico was crushed about it...i didn't know the people involved, but seeing all the publicity, family members saddened, and the survivor on the news, not even realizing what had happened yet, (she's still in shock) just blew me away...the thing that i did was talk to other people about it, i wrote my feelings down on paper, and even cried it all out...crying, by the way helps out a great deal...hope you feel better on this issue, and remember, it says in the bible, from the Man himself "this too shall pass".....hugz

keep God in your heart and you will be strong, unfortunately these things happen, I will say a prayer for you and your pastor, God bless. It's always hard when a loved one falls ill but even harder when its this time of year. Last year I lost my very best friend in a car accident 3 days before Christmas and he had a 5 year old little boy. It was very sad and he was such a sweetie. I hope all will be ok. Please remember to keep your faith in your heart and try to be strong.

there is nothing you can do about their condition.
so you might as well as be happy.
they would want you to be happy and not worry about them
if you prefer to be unhappy and go against their wish for you . then by all means be unhappy. it it your choice.
