Smoking is no worse than any other vice, every one has a vice and I mean everyone. People will tell you that it causes cancer, well if that were true than why doesn't everyone who smoke get cancer? why do some people who don't smoke get lung cancer, yes it increases your chances, but so does living in the city yet a lot of people chose to do it anyway. Drinking is much worse, drugs worse, to much sex worse. everything or anything in moderation is usually okay. if you are smoking two packs a day I would cut back to a half a pack a day, Try switching to cloves, still not the best for you but no nicotine and no links to cancer. What I am getting to is that you as an adult can pick a vice, because every one has one and if a few cigarettes a day is the only bad habit that you have then you are a lot better person then most of use, just remember moderation, and yes I am a respiratory therapist so I've seen the bad side of tobacco, I don't use cigarettes but have in the past, life is short, enjoy it while you can.
