I wouldn't say it is good at all! But, Science has yet to prove if it truly causes cancer! It has never been proven! Sense some people can smoke and live to be over 90 years old. There are also people who have died from lung cancer who never smoked a cigarette in their life! Cancer was not abundant until the invention of nuclear technology. Radiation can both cause and cure cancer. Even trace amounts of radiation can contribute. The Russians once banned the use of microwave ovens for this reason! My father was having stomach problems and someone told him to get rid of his microwave and he did. He no longer has stomach problems! So, my conclusion is: There is a number of factors that can affect your health. Smoking is just one of those things. Alot of people who smoke also drink. This can be a combination that can lead to poor health. But I also believe that alot of blame is being put on the tobacco industry to cover up the government screw ups! Alot of medication is more harmful than the diseases themselves are! The main culprit of cancer is Radiation! Radiation has been scientificaly proven to cause cancer! It causes genetic mutations of cells.

Once You Start, It's Hard to Stop
Smoking's a hard habit to break because tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive. Like heroin or other addictive drugs, the body and mind quickly become so used to the nicotine in cigarettes that a person needs to have it just to feel normal. It is not that good for your body..

And i guess you already know this....
