I have had protected sex with some of these women. Are these places(massage spas)regulated? Does any police or health agency have these women get tested? I curious to know more, because I am concerned.

Ummm... I hate to say this, but Las Vegas is the only city where prostitution is legalized as long as the women are tested for STD's. You had protected sex, so you have a lower chance of getting one. Get tested ASAP!

It would depend on the country dude. If prostitution is legalized in the country then they are required by law to have regular tests. But still that does not happen on a regular basis.
It is not at all found in third world countries. Best bet is to stay protected yourself.
