Here are the classifications for blood pressure readings per the JNC 7 guidelines (The Seventh Report on the Joint National Commitee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure):
Normal <120 over <80
Prehypertension 120-139 over 80-89
Stage 1 hypertension 140-159 over 90-99
Stage 2 hypertension >160 over >100
Make shure you let your doctor know what your blood pressure readings are at home. This will help him/her adjust your therapy if needed.

The top number is high but not extremely high...your bottom number (the important one) is quite high, If your feet and legs are swollen as well you need to call labor and delivery and speak with one of the on call obgyns. They will probably have you come in to check you. I had to do this 2 weeks ago and they checked my urine, ran some blood tests and hooked me up to a blood pressure monitor for an hour...they also gave me an ultrasound to make sure everything is ok. I am only 25 weeks though. There is a chance if it doesn't go down of being induced since you are pretty much full term.

Calm down, you're not going to die. You very likely just have high blood pressure, but this isn't that serious.
The average (i.e. safe) range for blood pressure is for the high range to be 100-160 and the low range to be 60-100.
This means, having a BP of 148/114 isn't good, but as long as you think you're in fairly good shape it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
I would recommend mentioning it to your doctor next time you see him. If he's really concerned, he'll just put you on blood thinners, but it's more likely either genetic or poor physical condintion + fatty foods.
-----------
EDIT: I would like to add, having a very low blood pressure isn't good either, but doctors/nurses tend to prefer it for the reason that most Americans tend to be more at risk for high blood pressure, so starting low is a 'good thing' in their opinion.

U need to calm down and sip some apple cider vinegar warm water to lower your blood pressure .
It sounds kind of high there. I just had mine read and it was
106 over 60 which the nurse said was perfect blood pressure.

That is a very serious reading. If you aren't on blood pressure medication already you should be. Please see your doctor asap.
Your blood pressure should be 120 over 80 or less. The top number is "how hard your heart is working" the bottom number is "how hard your heart HAS to work to keep you alive." It's dangerous to allow blood pressure to remain high.
