I gave up in March this year. Was very difficult, but worth it. Get some help with a group via NHS or do it with another smoker who is keen to give up, especially if theres someone at work. You can spend your break times together instead of rushing out for a quick smoke! Keep trying it will be worth it.

21 months ago - and feel soooooooo much better for it. Miss it every minute of every day but the smell off other smokers makes me determined never to start again. Didn't know I smelled so bad for 26 years..

Glad I did stop - good luck and take all the help you can get

Oh i've been trying to give up for years and it's not easy is it? Get some of that chewing gum as apparently it works (didn't for me tho!) Best of luck tho!
