Lehman's is known for their non-electric products. Their merchandise is top notch, but sometimes pricey.

tupperware has a small food processor that will cut up the onion chunks into small pieces by turning it with your hands in a matter of minutes. I happened to see it at a party last week. Its called the Quick Chef. The second item is called the Prep essentials little chopper.

What you want is a "food mill." They sell it at Williams- Sonoma, Pampered Chef, or any of the chef catalogues. Also in the sporting goods stores like REI and Sport Chalet they have a hand-crank blender. That might work.
