First your question is in the wrong category. Anyway, how long have you been having problems? The white stuff could be pre-lactading or just lactading. You need to go see your gyne asap.

You didnt mention your age, it does matter alot. In my opinion its like a FIBROCYSTIC DISEASE OF BREAST.Get C/S for your nipple discharge and complete breast examination by surgeon and he may advise you MAMMOGRAPHY.
Use local applicants of analgesic only right now.
