No... not at all... it has nothing to do with TB or cancer

Underarm lumps mostly develop in the armpit of that side of your body where there is any painful wound or boil etc.

Symptoms of TB vary and may include fever, extreme fatigue, weight loss, night sweats, and a cough that produces bloody sputum. A cough that slowly gets worse over weeks to months may be the only sign of TB.

After a TB test:
Some redness at the skin test site is expected. The site may itch, but it is important that you do not scratch it, since this may cause redness or swelling that could make it hard to read the skin test. If itching is a problem, put a cold washcloth on the site and then dry it.

A strong positive reaction may cause mild pain. Talk to your health professional if you have:

A fever.
Swelling in your arm.
Swollen lymph nodes in your armpit.

No, not for TB. Enlarged lymph nodes can signal a recent infection, cancer anywhere in the body or as my son recently found out from too many tattoos. A biopsy revealed his were full of tattoo ink!! Bizarre. Meantime deodorant does NOT cause enlarged lymph nodes, what a wild tale that has become.

Actualy yes it is a symptom. Night sweats, dry consistent cough with or without blood. Dizzieness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath. These lymph nodes are close to the lungs so if there was an infection it most certainly would affect them.

Look dear, you are giving few details, but I will try to help you by telling possibilities: If it is tends to be blue and painful with slight raise from your skin, mostly it just an heamatoma, just needs time to go away. You have the choice to help with anti-heamatomes topical ointment. If it is swelling (regular) same skin colour, usually lipoma (Benign) and needing surgery. If the swelling is red usually it will be just inflammation due to friction of clothes or insect bite, so few days and go away (May you help with some soothing creams). If it is swelled and yellow (to white) it can be an abscess and needing your doctor to deal and may evacuate it. Also it can be inflammed lymph node. Otherwise, it can be more things including cancer, so the best advice I can give is to go to doctor and make your medical investigations. Please notice the size if increases

Basically No TB is found in the lungs. Depending on the size of the bumps and location, you may be feeling the Lymphnodes that are under your arm. but I don't know the size and if they are tender or not? Are they deep or more near the surface? But as some others have said depending on your age and sex it might be something important or not.
