The best chocolate I've had is Ausstrian Chocolate. It is so very creamy. It really does melt in your mouth.

I think milk chocolate is the best chocolate because it melts in your mouth instead of your hand.

It's according to taste different for everybody.
For me it should be real black, with at least 70 (better 85) percent of pure cocoa. I love also dark chocolate with orange and many other variations.
What I appreciate are chocolates with cocoa only from one region. This is like a "grand cru" with wine.

Definitely LINDT, by FAR!!! I like Droste, too! Cadbury is my favorite pig-out chocolate to GLOM on, but for quality and savor, I like the other two best!

For me it would have to be "green and blacks" either thier ginger flavour or the maya gold they do. This gives you a full chocolate rush, it really is sublime
