My son was (and still) into Bob the Builder so I made him a Bob the Builder cake. His second birthday was Thomas the Tank Engine. His third Birthday was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. His fourth Birthday was Spiderman. His last birthday was a dinosaur.

Get him a cheap individual cake that he can make a mess of from the Walmart bakery. Then get a nicer cake for the rest of the grownups. I really hate those kids parties where the parents expect the older guests to enjoy the same stuff as the toddler! :)
