My boyfriend took me there for our 7 month anniversary...I loved it, great food and atmosphere. Prices reflect the quality though so if you aren't looking to spend much it is not the place for you. If you like Hakkasan try Yauacha for dim sum, the venison puffs are divine though I suggest you steer clear of their Bellinis (over priced for what they are)..hope you have a great time!

I've never been and I don't think I will. I think it's a bit over-rated, just like a lot of other restaurants. The food may be great, but a lot of people are now going just so they can say 'I've been to Hakkasan', to show off.

Yes, I go there often. I love it. Their sister restaurant, Yauatcha also does much of the dim sum items that they do, but with the addition of some gorgeous East meets West cakes. These are my favourite restaurants and are consistently excellent.

Went to Hakkasan with 10 guests to celebrate my 30th birthday. Excellent food at a price but their arrogant company policy means that you are forbidden to take photos in the restaurant because the owner wants to be able to control any images of his restaurant that may appear in the public domain. We only wanted to take photos of our party not the restaurant. The lighting is such that you would not be able to make out the restaurant in any case. It's a shame that we were unable to document this special occasion. It is only a restaurant not buckingham palace!

Incidently it is also company policy not to allow jeans but plenty of people were wearing scruffy jeans and trainers and they clearly weren't stopped from coming into the restaurant and spending money!

If you like Chinese food, it's very good, but just a little bit pricey.

My friend has and he didn't like it, in his own words, "it's ****".
