Yes!
Unfortunately young people are having heart attacks at a greater rate than ever, this is due to expending waist lines, poor diet (junk food, and high fat intake) and lack of exercise.

I heard of a young girl of about 4 having a heart attack.

Yes. People have had heart attacks at much younger ages. You should really go see a doctor for evaluation of your risk for heart attack.

Yes. Rare, but it does happen. There could be some underlying illness or heart conditions that could cause a heart attack.

Also, if a person is obese, or generally in poor health, yes, it can happen.

If it's you that you're talking about, and you're in pain, go to the emergency room.

although it is rare for younger people to have heart attacks, especially at 19, it is not impossible. if you have a family history of heart attacks or congenital heart abnormalities, then yes, a heart attack at a younger age is possible. if you feel like you could be having one, go see a doc asap.

I'm sorry to say I don't think there is an age limit on having heart attacks. I think you can have one at any age.
