if you are diabetic the A1C TEST RESULTS HAVE TO BE LESS THAN 6%. THAT MEANS THEIR SUGAR IS WELL MAINTAINED AND ITS USEFULL FOR THOSE WHO NEED THAT TYPE OF BLOOD RIGHT AWAY.

As long as one is not suffering from anemia seriously, one can donate blood w/o any fear. My answer is: I love
to donate blood of 250cc each time after every 2 to 3 months, which is safe for everyone. Let me add here that
if you had no good night sleep, better postpone blood donation for a day or so. After blood donation, you won't
find any difference. The benefit of blood donation is that
your blood will become thinner which is in fact, anti
stroke. Those people who have higher cholestral
level with hyper tention (high blood pressure) mostly are
prescribed blood thinning medicine in order to avoid
stroke. If one donates blood, it will be a blessing in disguise for a better health. For more details, you may
consult with your GP. Good Luck

Yes. I donate blood whenever I am called for. Of course, the blood donors association of which I am a member, maintains a record for all the blood donors, so that no donor is made to donate blood within the stipulated interval between donations.

I did it a lot in high school and college, but I'm so run down as a teacher now that I can't afford to donate. I will definitely never donate plasma again.
