I keep getting a pop up from Yahoo! Update Manager, but every time I click on it, it says the server is busy!!

Please help me, is this for real?

What update manager?
i guess you have yahoo messenger or yahoo toolbar in browsers?

remove yahoo toolbar and it is a trash. get advanced browsers like Opera(www.opera.com).

Reinstall yahoo messenger and during reinstall, uncheck all the option that asks for updating, remind, offers etc. After install, go to preference and uncheck autoupdate etc.
