Sushi is best to be eaten straight away, however I suggest you should just leave it for one day and no longer than that.

I love sushi!!! Better safe than sorry, I would try and eat it tonight, but if you're full it should hold until tomorrow.
It also depends on what it is, like a California roll will hold longer than lets say a spicy tuna roll. If tuna is involved ,no longer than tomorrow. Sushi is always best the day its prepared. Definitely no longer than one day !!!!!

If your sushi has raw fish in it then right away, if its crabmeat or smoked salmon possibly overnight to have to breakfast...but the rice would be dried out. Real rice doesn't stay fluffy for too long.

you should never leave sushi too long its better you eat it the same day and keep chilled. there have been alot of reports of bacteria in sushi and people get really sick from it.

Personally, I wouldn't let it go longer than 6 or 7 seven hours.

If it's got raw fish, eat it well within 6 hours of purchase - but only if it didn't spend long out of the cold!
If it's got cooked fish, eat within 24 hours.
If it's got no fish at all, eat within 3 days.
