ok im doing a project and i was wondering what Switzerland people eat. anything foreign? but really easy to make? or do they eat the kind of food that we do?? and yes i have searched on this.

The most famous is Zurcher Geschnetzeltes (Zurich Veal) with Roesti (a side dish with potatoes), then of course Raclette (that is a cheese you melt preferably at an open fire and eat with bread), and of course Fondue.

Haggis, by the way, as someone suggested, is really a dish from Scottland.

The Swiss kitchen is very international! Besides local specialities we eat a lot's of italian/french/spanish and also asian cuisine.

The swiss make some of the best "swiss" cheese in the world. Swiss Chocolate is also famous. And the strudle is to die for.

they eat haggis. haggis is a sheep stomach stuffed with sheep intestines and cooked.
