What's this doing in the Diabetes category????? If you mean ADD, HD or ADHD, the answer is yes in a manner of speaking. It's not a test, per se, but a questionnaire. The symptoms must have been present for at least 6 months. You may be able to acquire one from from your doctor or even online. Good luck with this.

I am assuming you mean either ADD or ADHD and you need to talk to your doc and get a referral to a clinic that tests for these things.
