why dont cows just make the cheese? are goats trying to put the cows out of business?

they dont make cheese. it's not like you 'cheese' them by squeezing their teets and a blob of cheese comes out.
the goats are forming a coup...

Hey, it's all milk, whether from a goat or a cow. And you can make cheese out of any milk.
Yak's milk also makes interesting cheese -- I tried some in China once, very pungent and tasty :)
I say let's make cheese from as many kinds of milk as we can -- the more variety the better!

You can make cheese out of most 'milks'
I have had to milk sheep, and know many will milk reindeer's, etc. Trust me, there are so many delicious cheeses in this world, it's never just been about th cows
