why do we experience heartburn when we have heart failure?

no heartburn does not have anything to do with the heart. Heartburn is more like acid reflux or indegestion.

I was not aware of that but I have heartburn all the time and when it gets bad I end up in the hospital ,with ekg once a day ,I have refux and heart problems

I had a heart attack some years ago just prior to the attack I had a severe attack of what I thought was indigestion I was told by the doctors that this feeling is not unusual and often precedes a heart attack
