because the occurence of heart attacks in people with high blood pressure is twice as high during winter.cold causes spasm of arteries causing heart attacks. cold winter mornings increases the blood pressure and putting the extra load on the heart. early morning cold makes the body tenperature fall below normal for heart patients and the body cannot produce enough energy to keep the internal body temperature warm enough which may result in heart failure.

In winters the vessels contrics and the blod prssure rise. that why generally its great risk of heart attack or paralysis in winters in early morning. Thats why winter is not good for cardiac patients
