i know it not strep throat i had my tonsil out 3 years ago. what could this be?

Strep throat, the flu, std, numerous of things it could be.
Go to your doctor and they will strip your throat and I'm sure they will provide you with the information you need to know.

It would help to know if it hurt your throat.
Felt scracthy?
Sore when you eat?
etc.

It could be Mono...you should go to the DR. and find out what it really is!
