I sweat non stop I am not large I am average size I urinate like every hour. Yes, thirsty but I don't have a huge appetite?
Sometimes I have good days and bad days I wake up and stay out of sorts for the whole day no matter what I eat. Not sure what it sounds like.

Get it checked by a doctor. Some pretty simple blood tests they can run, but diabetes is nothing to mess around with. If your sugar is high, you could go into a diabetic coma. I know when I found out mine was about 480 and they slapped my butt in the hospital very quickly.
Visit the doctor.

You should see a doctor on your symptoms. It could be something other than diabetes.
