Each bag of 9 = $3.66
If each guest gets 3, that is 3 guests per bag = $3.66/3 = $1.22 per guest

$1.22 per guest for 31 guests = $1.22 X 31 = $37.82

Although you don't have an even number of cans per bag used...you will only need 93 cans, but if you buy them in bags of 9, you have to buy 11 bags to cover it, which will be $40.26
