I have three kids. With the first one I was dialated to three centimeters for 9 weeks, 10 weeks with the second and six weeks with the third. It could be quite a while depending on how far along you are, or it could be as little as a few hours. My first two were premies.

It took me hours and hours and hours to dilate 3 cm. I suffered via each and every centimeter, it change into poor. you may want to be meant to have little ones.

a long time(if u r talking about a baby comming) tell her to walk up and down stairs dont just lay around be active unless in hospital then keep walking,moving etc.........
