yes, as is excessive trips to the RR, eating like crazy but losing weight, being exhausted, having to get up in the night to pee or get a drink, loss of energy and inability to concentrate. These are all signs of diabetes. If you are curious, have your dr run a glucose tolerance test. If you hate needles like I do take someone with you b/c you will get poked about 4 times, but they are only the little finger pricks, so they aren't really too bad. I have just been diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks ago, so I am learning all this as I go. Best of luck and I hope your health works out for the best.

It sounds as if you know the answer which is yes it may be a sign of diabetes but it is not likely to be the only sign and in addition most people with excessive thirst do not have diabetes. If you have excessive thirst, excessive appetite, and a change in weight (up or down) a fasting glucose is a good idea. If you are not able to afford the cost of a physician's visit ask around and borrow someone's glucometer. A reading of greater than 100 mg/dL or 5.5 mmol/L should be reported to your physician although by itself it is not diagnostic.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

YES. Also frequent urination. Even if you don't drink when your thirsty. Also blurred vision & just a crappy feeling.
21 years ago as a teenager I was in the city (New York) to see the Christmas tree & not allowed to have a drink & I still had to pee every 2 BLOCKS! Also ..... Most diabetics are diagonesed in the winter! Why?....I don't know.
But the test to check for diabetes is very simple & easy.
You would have some answers with a finger stick.

Yes, it can be a sign, but only a doctor can tell for sure. So, take it as a sign that you should go see a doctor.
The body uses water to flush out the excess sugar, so then you need more water. That's why diabetics get thirsty.

The only way to tell for sure is to see a doctor. He can do a blood test. Eating a lot of fast food can also cause excessive thirst. Fast food has a lot of salt. This can cause you to drink a lot of liquid that led to frequently urination. Try to eat a healthy diet of less sugar, salt and fat. Watch your weight. Have a physical once a year. Maintain a low cholesterol, blood pressure. keep record of your A1c and blood sugar.

You bet. And with that excessive thirst, there is frequent urination. Your body is busy excreting your sugar instead of through the blood stream, it is happening through your urine and sweating. With that, the body gets dehydrated and needs more water.
I was diagnosed 11 years ago and just could never get enough water. I could not believe it...but that is what I got - diabetes!
Good luck.

YES! Also excessive urination. It is your body's way of trying to rid itself of excess sugar.
Also light-headedness, lethargy, skin problems, yeast infections, confusion, periodontal disease & bad breath. I'm probably leaving some things out.
Not everyone has the same symptoms. You could have a few, or you could have them all.
