If there is pain, then it could be a yeast infection or something else. If there is no pain, it is most likely just the semen. But if she is concerned then she should get a check up from the doctor.

And despite what some people say, you should never douche, it's very bad for you!

She might have gonorreah or a yeast infection. She should go to the doctor. If that white discharge smells really bad than then it might be a STD. But if the white discharge does not smell bad it is probly just a yeast infection nothing to worry about you can fix that with medication.

It sounds like it could be BV (bacteria vaginosis) which is not an STD .. or it could be an STD. She needs to go see a doctor. and if shes embarrassed to go to her doctor. im sure there are free clinics somewhere she can go. The longer she waits .. the worse it can get. Some std's can lead to infertility. So if shes young and wants to have children, she needs to start taking care of her body and being responsible

my philosophy is if it smells something is not right! I don't care if you have been having sex for 3 days straight if it smells you need to wash it douche it or something! Could be a bacterial infection or a yeast infection either way you need to take care of your self!

No!!!! During intercourse your body creates a lubricant, which you will discharge after you have intercourse. Also sometimes you can have a urinary tract infection, or some other type of mild infection in you area. If you are having burning when you urinate or pain anywhere in that area you should see a doctor.

Not necessarily. When the PH level goes up, the secretions down there have an unpleasant odor. Tell he to wash with H2O and hygiene soap with PH 7, i. e. Lactacyd

lol your friend. yeah... well tell your "friend" no it doesn't always mean that you have something. It could be the mans seamen, and it could mean that you, i mean your friend, doesn't take care of herself they way she should. Tell your friend to use a douche. If you are really concerned get tested.
