What are the risks of having a penis inside the mouth, with or without ejaculation? Excluding risk of HIV.

The reason people talk about contracting gonorrhea or syphilis is because that helps spread the transmission of HIV. HIV loves white blood cells and an STD increases the white blood cell content. Even if you do have an STD on the penis or mouth still transmission risk from oral is very low.
Used to be if you caught Gonorrhea or syphilis you got a shot but because of more serious ( HIV ) transmission STDs are taken much more seriously than back in the 70"s and 80"s. Of course you can also catch herpes from oral and there is no cure from an outbreak once you get it. Your best bet is to use a condom and if the relationship gets serious you two should talk about STD's and both get tested before having sex without condoms. Again you have to trust the other stays monogamous or the low risk factor returns. If there are no STD's present in either one of you then there is no risk at all.

You can get herpes and chlamydia! Probably more- the fact is you have his penis in your mouth- anything he's got is mixing with your body fluids and there is a great risk you too will contract the disease.

Oral sex causes cancer! No, not really but, if you have unprotected oral sex you can get stds, like chlaymdia, gonorrhea and herpes in your throat. Of all the places to contract an std I thinkg the throat is the worst.

Gonorrhea and other STDs can be transmitted this way. You can end up with thrush or other yeast-based infections.
Having him wear a condom will protect you from these.
Incidentally, he can contract gonorrhea from you this way if you have the infection.

Oral sex is the safest form of sex for the male. If you use a condom it is safer.
