He/ I were virgins, could I have gotten a STD?

It depends. The only way 2 virgins can develope an STD is if one of you has a history of cold sores and performed oral sex on the other. Then the one partner can develope herpes in the genital region. Also possible to transmit Hepatitis B, C which people often forget is also an STD

Only if either of you came in contact with someones genitals who had a std. Maybe if you kissed someone who had herpes in the mouth- then you could get that. It depends. You should contact your local planned parenthood clinic.

if you are having syptoms he probably lied to you about being a virgin if you are certain he has been the only one.
