So, I have a slightly slow heart beat. like 58 or so.
when i inhale my heart beat increases then when i exhale my heart beat drops.
my hands get cold, and all the blood drains quickly from my hands when i lift them up above my chest
also my sight is going a bit funky, like being more sensitive to light, you know how when u get a photo taken and the flash stays in your eyes, we;ll this happens a lot but with less bright lights.

im seeing a doctor but not much help at the mo

Well, the whole blood draining from my arm is very very quick, i hold either arm up and within a matter of a couple of seconds my hand is very pale compared to the other.

the fluctuation with respirations is normal. the rest of it i'm not sure about. if you are unsatisfied with your doc, you might try to find one that will answer your questions better.

It sounds as if you are describing normal physiology. The resting heart rate is 50 to 90. During sleep we drop to the 30s and with normal activity rise above 100. The blood return to the heart varies with inspiration / expiration so the heart rate goes a bit up and down. Raising you arms above horizontal drains blood from the extremity and returns more blood to the heart. Ask your physician - but you sound normal to me.

See a specialist if you have not seen a specialist and discussed it.

Most of it is normal , it varies from person to person most of this can be tested, to see if it is within the limits.

Have you not consulted a Doctor yet? If not I strongly suggest you do and that too pretty quickly
