I have a website www.recipesforvegans.co.uk and am looking for vegan recipes to add onto it. I will include the name of the persn who donates it and a link to your website. We would like photographs of the dishes wherever possible and the recipes must be your own. Thank you very much.

Pasta, obviously without eggs, cut broccoli into small pieces and fry swiftly in olive oil with sliced chili peppers. Drain the pasta and mix well with the broccoli and chili. Needs quite a lot of olive oil.

Cooked rice, pasta or bulgur. Mixed vegetables (peppers, aubergine, courgettes, spring onions) sauteed in olive oil with onions and garlic, add chopped tomatoes , some Italian herbs, a dash of lemon juice, season to taste Et voilà!
Need any more? Just ask!
I'm an omnivore, but I do have imagination.
