Painful intercourse, painful urination, blisters, redness, swelling in the affected area, and yes, those symptoms you are describing. If you know you have it, just ask your doc for some Valtrex and it will go away, for the time being. It likes to pop up when you get stressed. You can never really tell when an outbreak will occur, but the first is always the worst. After that, they aren't so bad.

Unfortunately, this could definitely be herpes. The first outbreak for a woman is sometimes accompanied by burning during urination. Outbreak usually begins as an itching or tingling sensation followed by redness of the skin. Finally, a blister forms. The blisters and subsequent ulcers that form when the blisters break, are usually very painful to touch and may last from 7 days to 2 weeks. The virus is contagious from the time of itching to the time of complete healing of the ulcer.
Go see your doctor immediately to start treatment.
Good luck

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

I've never had herpes, so I couldn't tell you. I might suggest, though, that you see a doctor. It sounds like you sat on a cake of ice, according to your symptoms.
