HIV spreads not only by having unprotected sex, there are other modes also, like, blood transfusion from an unknown source, using needles without sterilising like being done by drug users, etc. But it does not spread by simple touching or hugging or kissing or such harmless activities.
In your case, if and when you have sex with many women, how do you propose to ensure that the other party is uninfected? So....so....so......
Better safe than sorry!

Please note that HIV is not created but infected.
There are persons with asymptomatic HIV or other STDs. You will be under firm belief that they do not have HIV or other STDs. Some partners may say they do not have STD but actually they are carriers of STDs. Herpes, Human papilloma virus, Hepatitis B & C and HIV have no cure. Please note that certain bacteria (gonorrhea) are becoming drug resistant and it is difficult to treat. Only sexual relationship with a single woman will protect you from STD provided your partner is also not infected. Once you got infected with HIV, you will be subjected to enormous mental strain.
Please see the web pages for more details on HIV.

you can get HIV if you have sex with someone who has the virus. but if you have sex with alot of people and they don't have the virus then you cant get it, but only way to be sure you don't get it is to have SAFE SEX. and still you need to get tested at least once a year if your having sex with alot of people. i don't think anyone will come right out and say oh by the way i have HIV. so play it SAFE and USE PROTECTION. and keep getting tested regularly.

Someone that you have sex with or that has sex with you has to have the HIV virus.

If you have sex with many people and no one has the virus then you can not get it. It has to come from somewhere.

But you may or them may not know that either of you have the virus, so use protection or get tested.

Peace.
