There are no foods that really cause the blood to be thicker. Vitamin K foods will cause the blood to coagulate a little quicker.
Many people do not realize how much fluid they need each day. If you are not drinking 8-10 cups of fluids - especially water, your body will not be well hydrated, and blood will become thicker. If you do not have enough fluids, you will probably have symptoms that include darker urine, more constipation, thicker saliva, more fatigue and possibly nausea.
I suggest that if you are not using enough water, and you have these symptoms, begin drinking more water.

Foods rich in vitamin K will cause the blood to become "thicker" (really has to do with clotting potential). These foods are generally green leafy vegetables. For example broccoli, salads, etc. Mayonnaise also contains some vitamin K.

Foods rich in vitamin k can cause the blood to emulsify, or thicken. I dont know which ones they are. Foods high in bad cholesterol will cause the arteries to be clogged and constrict the bloodflow. Your question is good. Try webmd.com for some answers too.
