As they all say that's false. However...when you have a heart attack a strong sneeze can *stop* the heart attack! It really works (I've had to force a sneeze a few times).

NO - it is true that if your heart stops and you cough or sneeze that your heart may start again but no - sneezing does not stop your heart. Please do not be concerned about the possibility of your heart stopping. It is true that this happens but it is rare and there is no way to predict in whom this may occur. Another way to understand this is that the #1 cause of death in those under 30 years old is the failure to wear seat belts and #2 is alcohol and your heart stopping is not really on the list at all.

The bless you dates back to the Black Plague. People would say "God bless you" to anyone who sneezed. Who keeps saying that our heart stops due to a sneeze? I know that you can't do it with your eyes open.

NO. Our heart DOES stop for about a second between every beat. This is how the heart muscles get a rest.
