If you are trying to ask how to make your own stuffed TOFU "turkey" a good recipe for beginners at this is available at the "Vegetarian Times" magazine website.

They have veggie meat that is turkey slices, with cream gravy made with soy milk and whipped potatoes and bread stuffing and cranberries. Or use which is very good. Morningstar farms chicken patties, it is totally vegetarian but taste like chicken or actually like the corn meal coating because chicken actually has no taste.
