gaining weight. what Appetite supp. can I take safely? Doc won't help. I have begged even. I am always hungery. I try my best to no eat but so very hard I should have also said that I walk 5 miles a day and bike 5 mile everyotherday and on the others do areobics for a hour. I do not eat over 1200 calories 27 fat grams and 60 to 90 carbs a day. I eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.

Here are some ideas to get healed.

Cause: Hypothyroidism can be caused by food allergies, excess stress, environmental toxins, insufficient exercise, B vitamin deficiencies, lack of iron, lack of digestive enzymes, liver disease, hormone imbalances, and/or parasites. It is true - and I am sorry to say - that doctors are not terribly helpful. They fuss that the rate of obesity is increasing but have little to offer. That having been said it would be unusual to eat 1200 kcal daily and gain weight. If this is true your doctor may be missing something. Being hungry and your weight are not really related. Our present understanding of hunger is limited but it does have a genetic component as well as neuro endocrine hormones. If you provide more specific details I will give more specific advice.

since level of thyroid hormones are fine then you can NOT blame hypothyroid for being FAT.
the best appetite suppressant is EXERCISE.
