Why do no longer you're making it? a million/2 cup flour a million/2 cup nutritional yeast (obtainable wellbeing/total nutrients shops) a million/2 teaspoon salt a million/2 tsp garlic salt a million tsp moist mustard 2 cups of water a million/2 cup vegan margarine or olive oil (can use much less in case you decide on) place all dry aspects in a saucepan, whisk in water and proceed whisking until eventually it starts off effervescent, then whisk in margarine/oil and mustard. It takes approximately 5 minutes to prepare dinner. i understand this sounds loopy yet is definitely particularly solid on pizza, on authentic of Shepard's pie and stirred by pasta (vegan mac and cheese). in the oven it browns particularly properly. Oh, and that i like it on mexican beans. I usually make it with much less oil and it particularly is effective. i stumble on the offered vegan cheeses are very costly and packed with fat. there is something so relaxing approximately making it your self. Nutrional yeast has b12 in it additionally, so it particularly is a enormously solid factor to consume. in any different case in Australia they sell soy cheese in the food market and finished ingredients shops.

I'm in the states so can't help directly but I've seen on-line UK shops that have vegan food items. We've got one in the US but they can't ship out of Amerika.
Mainly I wanted to flame Sharon! There *are* vegan cheese and mayo's available along with sour cream, cream cheese etc!
Jackie, if all else fails I've got recipes for 'melty cheeze', 'grilled cheeze, tofunaise etc.

There's a health food store around Highbury Corner, I don't know the exact name or address but it's just near Highbury and Islington station, down one of the roads there. They have loads of good vegan stuff.

Most UK supermarkets sell cheeses and mayonnaise suitable for vegans, but usually in the lactose-intolerance parts of the store.
There are also numerous specialist shops, listed in the source below.
