You need to state the lower number: 134 over what, if it is under 90 then it is not too high, the closer it gets to 90 the closer it gets to being high. If you are 200 over 134 then you would have a problem.

If you got a height of 5'9", then your weight is normal. Blood pressure is expressed in two numbers i.e., Systolic B.P./ Diastolic B.P. Your normal pressure should be approximately 120/79 mmHg. You may control your blood pressure by fat free diet and exercise. Avoid smoking & drinking.
Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet. This kind of diet includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish (not canned in oil), vegetables, poultry, egg whites, and polyunsaturated oils and margarines (corn, safflower, canola, and soybean oils). Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, lard, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.
Please see the web pages for more details on Blood pressure.

Your blood pressure, or blood sugar? Blood pressure is written as two numbers, like 120/80. Blood sugar is 1 number.
I was diagnosed with diabetes at 19.

It may be false reading in the sense that you may have ran to doctor because you were late, or just had anxiety. Get it done again and keep calm.
