There are actually many ideas on the web. Just google debut party. I found this one, it may give you an idea or two:

This is the debut program for my daughters sweet 16 party. It may give you some ideas.

*Welcomed guests please enjoy Angie’s True Hollywood Story
While we await her arrival.(We'll have a power point presentation of different pictures of her growing up)

* Upon Angie’s arrival her parents, will present her with a tiara and sash to introduce her as a princess before God, and begin the celebration of her Sweet 16th Birthday. (self explanatory)

*Angie’s opening remarks include exchanging terms of endearment with 16 special people in her life. (each of the 16 people will have a candle that Angie blows out and they get to keep as a special keepsake)

*Angie is presented with 2 special gifts.
Earrings are to remind her to listen to the words of God and her parents. And to listen and respond appropriately to the world around her.

A ring signifies her faith is God, herself & the world.
It represents the never ending cycle of life.
A symbol of the unending stage of womanhood and her abilities and future contributions

*There will be a prayer giving thanks for food, family and friends and then we will enjoy some of Angie’s favorite foods.

* A special presentation of inspiration by (her friends on her high school step team)

*The birthday girl will be serenaded by friend (you are so beautiful) and then her Dad. (My girl)

*Angie’s Dad will change her shoes from flats to heels and have a father daughter dance. (You're a big girl now no more daddys littler girl)

*Angie gets the party started with the 1st dance!(Stevie Wonders Happy Birthday To You!)

*The evening will end with a toast to Angie and the cutting of the cake.

Then Angie will thank everyone, whether your part be large or small, for sharing her Sweet 16th Birthday.
