A traditional Goose, Duck or Rib-eye Roast if that is too pedantic try going to a different culture and cook an entire meal based on that country, like Mexico, Sweden or Germany the foods will be surprising and delightful, be sure to share the reason for the foods as cultural customs sometimes have colorful tales behind them.

We always have a late homemade breakfast with biscuits, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. Then for Christmas dinner, usually finger foods, like wings & dip, veggie tray, hamburger/velveeta/rotel tomato dip & chips etc.

well we have had enough of ham and turkey. so it's going to be seafood:)). and veggies., corn bread fried on top of the stove, greens, peas, salad, and maybe banana pudding made the old fashioned way..
