Most teenagers are not incredibly adventurous when it comes to trying new or exotic food, so I would keep everything recognisable. You know, I wouldn't include things like phyllo dough spinach triangles.
If there will be places to sit or hang out, you can serve something of some substance (grill some burgers, have pizza, that kind of thing). If you're mainly doing appetizer-type things, go basic. Pigs in blankets, chips & dip (or salsa), mozzerella sticks, maybe a sandwich tray (like from Subway, Jason's Deli, or Quizno's), meat/cheese/crackers, maybe a basic fruit or veggie tray, brownies, cookies, that kind of thing.
Unlike a lot of uppedy adult get-togethers, where the rule of thumb is about six appetizers for each person (and the appetizers are creative, tiny, pretty, garnished things you would find in nice cookbooks), when it comes to a passel of 15-year-olds, quantity is the more important thing, and they don't critique the hostess by the presentation of the food.
Happy birthday to your sis, and happy party-throwing to you both!

You will need a slow cooker for this recipe. Frankwiches Makes16-18 servings 2 10 3/4-oz. cans cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 4 tsp. preparded mustard 2 pounds hot dogs, thinly sliced 8-oz. container sour cream 1. Combine soup, onions, relish, and mustard. Stir in sliced hot dogs. 2. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours. 3. Stir in sour cream (after 4 hours). 4. Cover. Cook on high 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Served over toasted English muffin halves or squares of hot cornbread (or hot dog buns if you wish). Notes: Instead of using this sandwich filling you cvan serve it over rice as a main dish. Add a green vegetable and a jello salad and you have a easy, refreshing, quick meal! This will also bring smiles to the faces of your kids or grandchildren! Add a relish tray and some chips and you have a quick summer meal on the patio. Top it off with frozen popsicles. I hope they enjoy this recipe.

Well, you said that you wanted healthy foods, and alot of those listed above really aren't too healthy. I would recommend trying:
Trail Mix
Baked Potato Chips (healthier than normal chips)
Pretzels
Fruit Juices
Grahm Crackers
A Vegitable tray
Hope that helps! :)

I would do a huge crockpot full of nacho cheese dip. Have a veggie tray with ranch and french onion dips. Pizza is always good. Submarine sandwiches are always a hit. Chips, crackers. Cookies & cupcakes are always good.
A chocolate fountain with pretzels, fruit and cubes of pound cake would be loved. Or another crockpot of melted caramels and wedges of fresh apples for dipping would be awesome.
