Since your question came up listed against the word "diabetes", it looks as if you already know what the reason is, and may be trying to find an excuse to believe in some other possibility. It might be something else, but you mentioned the two most significant key words "thirst" and "tiredness" Nobody here can help you beyond giving you the serious advice to see a doctor and getting a blood check. The big problem with diabetes is that it's not called "the silent disease" for nothing. Millions of people are going happily down the road of their everyday life, not realising that diabetese is silently destroying their inner organs . :People do not usually even notice any symptoms till the diabetes has already begun taking a serious hold on their bodies. At which time, it still may not be too late to turn it around, get that blood sugar under control, and rescue the embattled body organs before they are damaged to the point of no return. Diabetes is probably one of the most easily controlled diseases. Sadly, it claims thousands of lives every year, because people have not taken the very simple step of finding out if they have it and then following up with the even simpler step of keeping it controlled. Those who do these two things, have every chance of being able to go on and have a full, normal life, with virtually no inconvenience to themselves, except the few seconds a day it may take to monitor their sugar levels.

You are not consuming enough water daily, and have slowly reached what is termed a chronic mild dehydration phase. This condition will have symptoms of excessive thirst, and feeling fatigued and I bet you are just drinking when you are thirsty, so your body remains in the mild dehydration phase.
Chronic mild dehydration will not cause you to faint or require hospitalization but will show up in the symptoms of excessive thirst, and fatigue.
If you are a 200lb man, you should drink 100oz of water per day, or just about 3 liters, or just over 3 quarts or 12.5 8oz glasses per day.
It is important to not try and drink more than 8 glasses per day starting out, until your body is used to that intake level, and slowly build up to the 100oz per day or you will do serious damage to your kidneys.
For a 130lb woman, you should be drinking about 65oz or roughly 2 liters (or 2 quarts) or just a little over 8, 8oz glasses per day and the same conditions above would apply.

Sounds like you may need to be tested for Diabetes. Do you have any other symptoms such as excessive urination? Does eating carbs make you feel more tired than non-carb foods? Do you crave sweets? Are there any Diabetics in your family?

sounds like a case of diabetes and sounds like you should get tested fast. The symptoms are always thirsty and tired also there are other symptoms like weight either losing or gaining and it should be checked out by your doctor. I suggest that you get to the doctors and take the nessessary steps to take care of yourself because it can be really scarey, and you can get really sick if you don't get this taken care of, so please do get it taken care of. We don't want anything to happen to you.

See your doctor and get tested for diabetes. Excessive thirst and low energy are both warning signs of diabetes. If you get it early, you can treat it with your diet instead of being dependent on medication.
