I would only clink the glasses of those nearest to me that I can reach without standing, and raise the glass to those I can't reach from my seat. It would be mayhem with everyone getting up, reaching, trying to find every glass to clink and that would spoil the toast.
But that's just me. I don't know what Emily Post would say.

thats funny. Definitly dont "clink" everyones glass if you dont wanna! Just clink on your homies. You can go around the table clinking and not clinking with whom you see fit. Dont let anyone else tell you differnet!

I think if you just clink the girls you wanna get with, that's fine. The other people just kinda wave your hand at them.
And for the finest in ettiquette, listen to gumby. Anyone who uses the word "homey" in a question about etiquette- that's the one you want to listen to.
