make sure and eat breakfast, then eat several small meals a day,,,, lay off the junk food, eat real home cooked things, macncheese, meatloaf etc,,
for snacks have things like bananas, a health drink (things that people use to subsitute for meals,,, diet drinks, are good to add one into your day, they have a high dose of calories, along with vitamins, i forget the names of the main ones, but look for them in the diet section of the grocery store.
making sure to eat something every few hours will help your system,,,
also , exercise, while it seems you would lose weight, if you dont overdo it it builds muscles, helps your body function better (so it gets all the advantages from what you do eat) and it will increase your appetitie,,
learn about the content of the foods you do eat, both in calories, sodium, cholestrol etc,,, hence the laying off fast food and processed foods, its so high in sodium, its not healthy for you,,, and a non-healthy body will not have a healthy weight
at 5'5" , i use to have such a problem getting to and keeping 100 pounds, i was thin for a female,,, these steps worked
also keep in mind that age usually solves this problem,,, you will start gaining at you near 30
ps: with the diet/health drinks, i meant add one in as a snack, not to replace a meal
