One of the best and easiest asanas for concentration is standing on one leg. Try to stand for three minutes, and then change to the other leg. You will find it easier if you focus your attention on something in the far distance. As long as you remain focussed, you will not fall over, so this trains your mind to maintain focus.

Untie yourself from a knot, sit up straight and examine the causes of lack of concentration. Is it diet or sleep related? If yes, then do what you can to modify that. Concentrate when you are at your best. Some are night people and others do their best work by 5 am.

i would start eating better like 3 meals a day and healthy ones. not junk food. also start to exercise or take up jogging. and third i think i would try meditation. meditation has always helped me when i needed it.
