Stay home, when you go back to work thank the person who stood in for you. Tell them you will do same for her/ /him if the need arises. That way you will get rid of your guilty feeling, and the person will think you are a nice person, two birds with one stone.

It's better to take a day or two off, if it is really a flu type thing (it has flaired up at the moment) as I'm sure you'd feel more guilty if it went to work and it went through you're work place. You might be sitting at home feeling you are capable of work, but I'm sure you'd get very tired very quickly if at work. You can always make it up to your work mate later down the track.

Stay at home - you may have a 24 hour bug or something, and even if you're feeling fine now, just rest, take care of yourself, and that way you won't spread it to others. Even if it's just something you ate, I'd relax for 1 day.

No, take the rest of the day off, keep yourself cosy warm and have plenty of warm drinks, you have cover for your job and I am sure at some time in the future you too will cover for someone when they need it the most, relax or you will make yourself ill.

Stay home. You could spread whatever it was that you had. Besides, you already have someone to cover 4 ya.

No, if you were feeling ill, it's best to rest for a while even if you're feeling better. There's obviously a reason why you were feeling ill, so give yourself a chance to recover.

I don't think you're capable of having a moral dilema given your

depends on whether or not they use YA.
If you feel guilty about it and the person had something else going on then yes.
Or you could always give up one of your days off this week so they can stay home...it's up to you
You could still be sick though
