If you are fit and fine then why to add weight.You should be proud of your body.
Any way if you are bent upon to gain some weight then try to do some exercises with weight on regular basis.And add banana ,grams and proteins and milk to your daily diet,with the passage of time you will gain what you want.

if u want 2 increase ur weight quickly i have an idea 4 u which i had too adopted
u should mix milk with a banana with lots of sugar, chocolates or if non-vegetarian mix the egg yolk in a mixer and drink it
u r sure 2 increase a kilo weight within 5 days

k dude listen carefully i hardly answer any questions on dis site,actually ur like da 2nd or 3rd loL! START eatin heavy fat stuff like bread and butter for breakfast,and yes u hav da freedom 2 hog on burgers pizzaz and w/e go 2 sleep immediately after eatin,dont exercise and if ur hungry dont eat wat ur mom made,eat sum junk food i went frm 140 lbs of lean muscle to 200 lbs of muscle,a lil fat and a lotta bone weight,da only fat i got is around my tummy lol,im not sayin u cud hav a huge weight gain like mine lol but u cud gain a lot!o o and p.s i drink 2 litres of milk everyday and im 16 and im 5'10 and a half hang in there dude ull make it
